Our Services

Support for the moments
that matter most.

When a situation becomes complicated, you shouldn't have to figure out every next step alone. We help bring structure, coordination, and experienced support to the recovery journey.

Intervention

Guided conversations and a coordinated plan can help your family respond when a loved one is struggling with alcohol or drug use, repeated relapse, or mental health challenges.

Case Management

One person coordinating the many pieces of recovery: from treatment and providers to transportation, family communication, and transition planning.

Sober Transportation

Discreet, compassionate transportation for treatment entry, transitions, travel, and other recovery-related needs.

A way forward for the whole family.

An intervention is a carefully planned opportunity for family members and other trusted people to speak honestly with someone they love, express concern, and offer a clear path toward help. It is guided by preparation and compassion, with attention to each person in the family system.

INTERVENTION SUPPORT

When might an intervention help?

Your family may be facing escalating alcohol or drug use, repeated relapse, depression, anxiety, trauma-related struggles, or a loved one who refuses help. Conversations may have become arguments, promises may keep falling apart, or everyone may be exhausted from trying to manage the situation alone.

You do not have to wait for a crisis to talk through your options. An outside perspective can help your family see how each person is affected, understand the patterns that may be hard to recognize from within, and decide what support is needed next.

What happens next?

We begin by listening to the family and understanding the concerns, history, relationships, and immediate needs. Together, we prepare the people involved, identify appropriate treatment options, decide how to offer support and set clear boundaries, and put the plan into action. Every plan is built around that specific family, not a script.

MayDay can guide the conversation and coordinate a transition to care. We support the whole family as they make sense of a situation affecting everyone involved, consider the needs of the person at its center, and build a clear plan for what comes next.

You don't have to know what comes next.

For Families

When someone you love is struggling with substance use, depression, anxiety, or the effects of trauma, the whole family can feel the strain. Knowing help is needed is often easier than knowing where to begin.

You may be searching for treatment. You may be preparing for an intervention. You may already have a treatment plan but need someone to coordinate the details.

You don't have to navigate it alone.

We listen to your family system, help you make sense of the options, and work with you toward a practical next step.

HOW WE HELP

A Continuum of Support

Built to complement treatment.

Recovery doesn't begin when someone walks through the doors of treatment, and it doesn't necessarily end when they walk back out.

Too often, addiction is treated as a problem to manage rather than a human being to understand. We have witnessed families cycle through treatment, discharge, relapse, and treatment again without ever addressing the trauma, family dynamics, and underlying issues that keep the cycle alive.

Our services are designed to help bridge the gaps between crisis, treatment, transition, and continued recovery.

Who We Are

Professional support.

Human approach.

Founded in 2026 by Sabyn Mayfield, Shera Loeser, and Shane Groves, MayDay Management was created with one simple belief: Families navigating addiction and mental health struggles deserve better.

With more than 30 years of combined experience across the behavioral health and recovery field, our team brings a unique perspective to every person and family we serve. We’ve experienced this journey from all sides: as individuals in recovery, as family members, and as professionals who have worked across residential treatment, outpatient care, sober living, sober companionship, counseling, and trauma-focused recovery.

We know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to find the right help, make the right decisions, and coordinate care when someone you love is struggling. We also know that not every provider, program, or service is created with the same level of integrity, compassion, or commitment.

That’s why we created MayDay Management.

We serve as a trusted resource and advocate for individuals and families, helping navigate the complexities of recovery from the earliest stages of intervention through whatever comes next. From intervention planning and case management to coordinating treatment, ongoing support, and sober transportation, we take a comprehensive approach to care: meeting people where they are and staying involved for as long as the journey requires.

Our mission is simple: to provide the kind of guidance, accountability, compassion, and continuity of care that we wish every family had access to.

We’ve been on every side of this journey. We know what works, what doesn’t, and what families deserve.

At MayDay Management, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Sabyn Mayfield, CADAC, NCACIP

Sabyn Mayfield brings the perspective of a person in recovery, a family member, an interventionist, and a leader in behavioral healthcare to MayDay Management. His personal experience with addiction and trauma shaped his conviction that lasting change begins with understanding the person and the family around them.

Through his own trauma work at The Bridge to Recovery, Sabyn found a level of healing he had not thought possible. That experience continues to guide how he approaches families facing addiction: with honesty about the challenges ahead, compassion for everyone affected, and attention to the deeper patterns that may keep a family stuck.

Sabyn holds CADAC and NCACIP credentials. His professional experience includes residential and outpatient substance use treatment, mental health services, sober companionship, counseling, case management, and intervention. As CEO of The Bridge to Recovery, he has helped people address the wounds beneath their behaviors and build a path toward meaningful change. He is also a former board member of the North Hollywood Group.

Sabyn helped create MayDay Management so families could have guidance from someone who understands the journey from more than one side. He has been the parent, the child, the person in recovery, and the sponsor. He brings those experiences together to help families see the full picture and take the next step with clarity and accountability.
